Defensive Progressions for the Press Defense - 2007/12/05 16:54
I wanted to start a discussion on defensive progresssions for a m-2-m system. Personally I like to start 1/1 FC and build from there. 3/3 in the FC seems to work best, including certain restrictions on offense to give the defense some success early. Also transition defense is the most important part of the press; protecting against open lay-ups is the most important part of a pressing tea,. Thoughts?
