T-drill question - 2007/12/11 20:11 I really liked this week's newsletter on ball-handling. Just a quick question for Brian: what is a T-drill exactly? I am assuming it is some kind of reaction or quickness drill...? Any details that Brian or others could provide would be much appreciated.

Re:T-drill question - 2007/12/11 22:00 The traditional T-drill is a speed/agility drill. You start at point A and run in a straight line to point B; point B is usually about 5 yards from point A. At point B, you shuffle to the right a certain distance to point C. From point C, you shuffle past point B to point D. At point D, you shuffle back to point B. From Point B, you backpedal to point A.
