The traditional T-drill is a speed/agility drill. You start at point A and run in a straight line to point B; point B is usually about 5 yards from point A. At point B, you shuffle to the right a certain distance to point C. From point C, you shuffle past point B to point D. At point D, you shuffle back to point B. From Point B, you backpedal to point A.
